been deposited by DewSoft Overseas Nepal Pvt. Ltd. on the informal notice of
the Department of Investigation, Kathmandu, Nepal. The amount has been
deposited in view of any liability, if it arrives after the investigation in
the accounts have been done. Currently the investigation is under process, and
no formal assessment has been done.
The
amount has been deposited as a gesture of morally good and ethically strong
company which has complete faith in the system, and government of Nepal. The
company has always been an honest tax payer of the country, and enjoys the
privilege of being amongst the highest tax payers in country in its category.
This
statement is being issued in order to clear the misconceptions/rumors

Note: Minutes of the
Royalty Holders Meeting held at 21st June 2006.
A fine presentation of the company’s current position and future goals was
given by the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Rishi Sehdev, outlining the

the college was divided into phases, which includes
a. Buying Land Phase -1
b. Construction of Building (one Block) Phase –2
The tentative cost of the Project in the first and the second phase is
approximately Rs. 14 Crores.
To meet up with the said expense of establishing the college, the price of The
Virtual Campus Education, program is being revised from Rs. 11,000- to
Rs.11,600/-(NC) inclusive of all taxes, charges etc. effective 1st August 2006.

Dear
Academy Partners,
It
is to bring to your kind notice that the SOP course has been redesigned to be
completed within one month to keep it more focused and worthy of the cause,
for which it was designed and introduced in the system. It is therefore
informed to you that from now on only one book, which is an improvised version
of SOP- book 1, shall be taught to the qualifying candidates.
As
for the reimbursement, it has been reduced to Rs.200/- on pro rata basis, as
initially the course was taught over 02 months, this new course shall be
taught within one month. This does not change any statistics of running the
academy in terms of financial and quality performance, as none of the student
to class ratio changes in a month changes. This shall come in effect from 1st
November 2005. All academies are therefore intimated of the above mentioned
change and are requested to further enroll students in the new course only.
All
centers are requested to submit the batch reports, attendance reports,
completely filled registration forms of all the concerned students for the
ongoing batches in the academy for the purpose of our records and verification
from our teams, not later than the 20th of October 2005.
Also
with effect from 1st October 2005, the franchisee fee for opening of the new
centers has been increased to Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) which
include a new advanced kit for the centers. Please contact the New Delhi
office for further details.
